Charmaine Wages - Owner, Client Services
A seasoned investor and veteran of the financial services sector for over 25 years, Charmaine Wages started her career in 1982 with Consolidated Planning Corporation in Atlanta, Georgia with a Series 7 license. In 1996, Wages dedicated herself to investing in the stock market trading her own account. In 1998, Wages underwent extensive technical analysis training and spent the next ten years trading options, futures, and commodities.  Recognizing that securities markets were changing and that the stock market was becoming increasingly volatile, Wages sought investment solutions that offered more compelling risk-return profiles.

In 2007, Wages launched NuInvest, LLC to market and support life settlement investments to accredited investors and other financial professionals nationwide. She is licensed as a life agent in Arizona, California, and New York and holds Series 63, 65, and 22 licenses. Additionally, Wages is affiliated with Lowell Wealth Management in Lubbock, Texas as a registered investment advisor representative.

George Polzer - IT & Business Development
George Polzer has specialized in entrepreneurial management, technology and financial service start-ups, operations, and business development leadership.  His professional career began at Bechtel Software, where he was responsible for launching the company's Artificial Intelligence Institute in London.  His areas of expertise include software development, advanced IT business solutions, and high-tech strategic marketing. 

In 2000, Polzer's internet software company designed and built the industry's first browser-based sales collaboration and lead tracking system.  Polzer completed his undergraduate degree at the University of California and holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from San Francisco State University, with a focus on Business Information and Computing Systems.

For the past 5 years, Polzer has implemented expansion and repositioning strategies for financial and investment business owners.  His expertise includes non-traditional and alternative investments, senior life settlement investments for high net worth individuals, and purchasing real estate with Self-Directed IRAs.  Polzer is a licensed real estate broker in California and Arizona.
